So she got the order and the court date is set for this Monday. But thats only if a police oficer or someone over the age of 18 serves him the order before the court date. If not then another date will be set
This whole situation is crazy. A mother should never have to get a restraining order against her son. No relationship should be so bad.

I completely agree with you on this...however I will say realtionships do get that bad...my husband almost filed against his father...long story...maybe i will post oneday about it!
